A year ago, Xu Zhiyi met businessman Zhang Qiang in a bar, and Xu Zhiyi became his lover. A few days ago, Zhang Qiang proposed to break up. Xu Zhiyi was dissatisfied with the breakup fee, and stabbed Zhang Qiang with a knife during the argument.
Two days after the incident, the arresters came to Xu Zhiyi's residence in Xingfu Community with a search warrant. Xu Zhiyi tried to deny it, lying that he did not know Zhang Qiang, but the arresters pointed out that Xu Zhiyi's water consumption the day before yesterday was three tons, which was extremely abnormal, and they forcibly arrested him.
In the bureau, Xu Zhiyi first denied everything and was handcuffed to the interrogation area while kneeling, but Xu Zhiyi never admitted the crime.
Investigators brought Zhang Qiang's driver to testify, and the driver confirmed that Xu Zhiyi was Zhang Qiang's lover, and personally watched Zhang Qiang enter Xu Zhiyi's home. Xu Zhiyi broke down and admitted the crime, and confessed in detail on the interrogation chair: Because the breakup agreement collapsed, he stabbed Zhang Qiang several times in excitement, and then dismembered his body and flushed it into the toilet.
Xu Zhiyi was formally arrested, changed into prison uniform, put on handcuffs and shackles, was taken to the crime scene to take photos for identification, and was then taken to the prison area.
Half a month later, the trial was held and the court sentenced him to death.
After the verdict, Xu Zhiyi was handcuffed, shackled and imprisoned.
On the day of the execution, Xu Zhiyi was removed from the restraints, changed her clothes, had her last meal in the temporary cell, and was then taken out to have her photo taken, her identity verified, and the execution order signed.
After being tied up with five flowers and a death card inserted, he was taken to the place of execution and knelt down.
A gunshot rang out and Xu Zhiyi was shot to death and subsequently became incontinent.
After the execution was completed, the execution personnel took photos and kept their records, then gathered the team and left.
