[Video Duration]: 00:21:42 [File Size]: 444MB Mary Jane small leather shoes + black stockings; the whole process is mainly based on the lines spoken by the heroine to herself, focusing on the details of rubbing ankles, walking with pain, and recuperating at home; plot: sprained ankle for the first time while running outdoors → limping in the door → jumping to the living room with one foot and sprained the second time → accidentally fell when getting up to get something → reluctantly walked to the kitchen to get an ice pack → returned to the living room sofa to take off shoes, rub ankles, and apply ice to finish. (It is over 30 degrees hot weather outdoors, and your feet are hot when you step on the floor) PS: (Sprained feet when running outdoors, rub ankles and pat soles of feet)
